The shareholders of Attica Telecommunications SA, namely Hellenic Technodomiki SA, J&P-AVAX SA, Pantechniki SA and Attikat SA, announce the official conclusion on 23.04.2007 of a deal to sell 100% of Attica Telecommunications SA to HELLAS ON LINE SA for a total consideration of Euro 46.3 million.
