In reply to the press publications of the 26/2/2007 and 27/2/2007, as regards the "problems"related to the construction of a Cargo Center in Thessaloniki, jointly by OLTH S.A (Thessaloniki Port Authority) and OSE (Hellenic Railways Organization), OLTH S.A. clarifies that the memorandum of cooperation between the companies reflected the intention and the will of the parties to cooperate in the future for the construction of the Cargo Center within the broader area of Thessaloniki. Taking into account the aforementioned, and given the general character of the Memorandums of Cooperation, considered to be "informal agreements", OLTH S.A. has not proceeded to a relevant announcement.
It is noted that OLTH S.A. continues to work closely with OSE for the materialization of their common objectives, for the development of combined transportations and for the development of the region.
