Announcement – 16th Interest Period of the Convertible Bond Loan
According to the terms of the Convertible Bond Loan, as resolved by the Board of Directors of “MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.” (hereinafter “the Issuer”) at its meeting held on 13.10.2009, pursuant to the current legislation and the Articles of Incorporation of the Issuer, issued on 19.3.2010 (hereinafter “the CBL”), March 19th, 2014 is the record date for the beneficiaries of interest of the CBL for the 16th Interest Period from 19.12.2013 to 19.3.2014.
The interest amount for said Interest Period amounts up to EUR 247,454.24, i.e. EUR 0.059625 per bond (before tax), which has been calculated at an annual interest rate of 5% and corresponds to 4,150,176 bonds currently trading on HELEX. The accrued interest will be paid to the bondholders on 20.3.2014.
