LAMDA ΑΚΙΝIΤΑ S.A. (a 50% subsidiary of LAMDA Development) proceeded with the sale of the property that held in the area VIPA -VIOPA Kato Kifissia of surface 9.343,65 m2 to the company KONKAT A.T.E., for a total price of euro 9.860.000, for the use of Offices and STUDIO TV of the company "ΝΕΑ ΤILEORASI S.A. - STAR CHANNEL" and CAR EXHIBITION for the company "GENESIS S.A.", for the construction of which all necessary approvals have been granted from the authorities.
ΚΟΝΚΑΤ Α.Τ.Ε assigned the construction of the project to the joint venture "LAMDA - REDDING ERGOLIPTIKI KINOPRAXIA", in which the companies "LAMDA Erga Anaptixis S.A." (subsidiary of LAMDA Development) and "REDDING ANONIMI KATASKEVASTIKI ETERIA" have a participation of 50% respectively.
