Mytilineos Group S.A. announces that on 4.10.2006 it received a letter from the shareholders of DELTA MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATED PROJECTS S.A. known as DELTA PROJECT SA, messrs Anastasios Deligiorgis, Efstathia Deligiorgi, Konstantinos Katsaros, Maria Katsarou, and Evangelos Papageorgiou, to exert a put option right for the sale of the above comany''s shares, according to the Share Sale Contract and Put Option Right dated 12-6-2006. The Company accepted the request and after exerting the put option right it will acquire 2,168,622 shares of DELTA PROJECT S.A. for the price of eight (8) euro per share.
The transaction shall be effected after receiving an approval from the BOD of the Athens Stock Market in order to release a part of the above shares which are bound due to their participation in the Stock Market, according to decision 36 of the Athens Stock Market''s BOD.
