MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. wishes to announce that its 100% subsidiary company MYTILINEOS POWER GENERATION AND SUPPLIES S.A., in the context of the construction of a new power plant in Agios Nikolaos of Viotia, intends to submit a tender to the competition of 22.2.2007 conducted by the HELLENIC TRANSMISSION AND SYSTEM OPERATOR in order to sign a Capacity Availability Certificate with a Revenue Warrant for a part of the New Unit''s net power, according to nr. 12/2006 Declaration of Competition for signing "Capacity Availability Certificates for New Power Supply Units", as amended and completed by decision nr. Ministry of Development/D5/HL/Β/F73/16295/04.08.2006 and is valid today. MYTILINEOS POWER GENERATION AND SUPPLIES S.A. possesses a power supply licence and has all the prerequisites to participate in the Competition. The company shall submit a tender based on the lower price, according to the terms and provisions of the relevant Declaration.
