"INTRALOT S.A. INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES", with the distinctive title "INTRALOT", announces that on Thursday, January 11, 2007, the trading of the 975,181 new registered shares of the Company will commence on the Athens Exchange (ATHEX), which resulted from the recent share capital increase by euro 360,816.97, due to the exercise of stock option rights (stock option plan) in the current year by a total of 75 people: Board of Directors (BoD), directors from Greece and from international subsidiary companies and employees of the Company.
After the share capital increase, the share capital of the company will amount to 29,153,765.57 euro divided into 78,793,961 shares with a nominal value of 0.37 euro / share.
The BoD of ATHEX, during its meeting on January 4, 2007 approved the listing of the aforementioned 975,181 registered shares of the Company and decided that the aforementioned new shares will commence trading on the ATHEX as from January 11, 2007.On the same date the new shares will be credited to the accounts of the beneficiaries via the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS).
Also, on the same date (January 11, 2007) the shares of the Company will commence trading on the ATHEX at a price that will be determined according to the ATHEX Regulation.
