As per the provisions of resolutions 5/204/2000 and 3/347/2005 of the Capital Market Commission, the company "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A" announces that, following a resolution of the company?s Board of Directors of 7/9/2006 and pursuant to the provisions of Law 3016/2002, the economist Mr. George P. Mparakitis was appointed as its new Internal Auditor, in replacement for the outgoing Mr. Anastasios K. Hatzidimas.
