We inform our Investors that in the Notes on the Interim Parent and Consolidated Financial Statements dated September 30, 2006 and specifically in Note Nr 5 "Information by Sector of Activity" there have been alternations to the figures referring to the relevant period of 2005.
Alternations are as follows:
1) The figures of the column "Unclassified amounts" have been transferred to the column "Concession of exploitations" which now stands as follows:
Turnover (sales) = 745 thousand euros, less intra-group sales = 0 Sales of the Sector = 745 thousand euros
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA): 302 thousand euros
Earnings before tax and interest (EBIT): 235 thousand euros
2) The figures of the row Earnings before tax and interest (EBIT) by sector of activity have been modified as follows: Construction: 13.023 thousand euros instead of 12.806 thousand euros, Energy: 12.632 thousand euros instead of 9.258 thousand euros, Real Estate: 10.034 thousand euros instead of 5.228 thousand euros, Industry: 134 thousand euros instead of 266 thousand euros, Concession of Exploitations: 235 thousand euros instead of 0, Unclassified amounts: 0 instead of 3.098 thousand euros, Intra-group: 0, Total of Sectors: 36.058 thousand euros instead of 30.656 thousand euros.
