The Group Lampsa SA, regarding the Financial Statement of the 30th September 2006, announces that:
a) The amounts of sales of the mother company to the affiliated companies of the group according the IFRIC 24, from the start of the financial year amount to euro 30 thousands when purchases do not exist. Other inter-company transactions do not exist.
b) The rest company claims toward the affiliated companies according the IFRIC 24, at the end of the recent period, amount to euro 26 thousands, when no obligations exist. No further claims-obligations exist inside the group companies.
c) The executives? remuneration of the group amounts to euro 731 thousands (when for the previous period amounted to euro 638 thousands), when the company?s executives? remuneration amount to euro 665 thousands (when for the previous period amounted to euro 638 thousands).
d) No transactions, remunerations, claims and obligations of the part of the Group of the company existed toward the members of the Board.
