OLTH S.A. announces the end of the mobilizations of its employees that lasted for approximately eight (8) weeks and concerned abstention from overtime employment as well as from employment during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The end of the mobilizations was achieved upon hard negotiations between the representatives of the employees, the port administrations and the Minister of Merchant Marine, which lasted for weeks.
The agreement concluded this afternoon, at the office of the Minister of Merchant Marine, Mr. M. Kefalogiannis, foresees the end of the mobilizations, starting from tomorrow, day Wednesday, 3/1/2007, and the carrying out of a dialogue on matters related to the best way to develop the Thessaloniki Port, a dialogue that is expected to be integrated during the second half of the month of April, with the 30/04/2007 being the final end date.
