The company "Papoutsanis S.A. Industrial and Commercial Company of Consumer Goods" ammends its Financial Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with article 4.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, as follows:

26.03.2025: Announcement of FY 2024 Financial Report (before the market opening of the Athens Stock Exchange)

27.03.2025: Annual Briefing of Analysts on Financial Results of FY 2024 (conference call)

24.04.2025: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

28.04.2025: Dividend 2024 Cut-off date

28.04.2025: Announcement of Q1 2025 Financial Results (before the market opening of the Athens Stock Exchange)

29.04.2025: Dividend 2024 Record date

05.05.2025: Dividend 2024 Payment date

04.08.2025: Announcement of H1 2025 Financial Report

30.10.2025: Announcement of 9-month 2025 Financial Results (before the market opening of the Athens Stock Exchange)

The Company will propose the distribution of a dividend for FY 2024. The aforementioned dates for dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, with the obligation to promptly inform the investing public through a relevant announcement in accordance with the terms of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect.
