Having only a five year presence in the wider Gulf Area, ALUMIL is now ranked among the first places within top construction groups' short list.
Turnover boost led to the establishment of subsidiary ALUMIL GULF (1Q 2007), in order to optimize sales management in the wider area. Group products are now housed in the ascending Ras Al Khayman emirate (40 minutes from Dubai by car), in a 1,500 m2 warehouses, to minimize delivery time and improve services. Sales in the wider Gulf Area is expected to surpass ? 13.5 m. based on signed contracts.
Alumil thermal-brake profile systems - products with highest earnings margins - consist ALUMIL spear-head in the wider area, mainly due to the overall tendency for environmentally-friendly, green buildings, for energy saving, better working and living environment.
Strategic cornerstones in the Middle-East are:

An impressive project is the recent undertaking of the majority of Durrat Al Bahrain villas. It is about constructing up to 1.300 luxury villas, in the artificial islands complex of Durrat Al Bahrain (please see photos). The project was initially prescribed for ALUMIL largest competitor.
