As of January 7, 2025, the shares of the company “AKTOR S.A. HOLDING COMPANY TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS” (GRS432003028) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 0.270853467785515 new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 43,478,478 new (CR) shares - at an issue price of €4.60 per share. The rights’ trading period is set from January 10, 2025, to January 21, 2025 (included). The rights’ subscription period is set from January 10, 2025, to January 24, 2025 (included).
It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on January 7, 2025, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (03/01/2025): €4.8500 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: €4.7950.

For convenience, below is given the type of calculation of the adjusted price of the share, which results from Decision 26 of the ATHEX Board of Directors, for each Share Capital Increase with cash payment in favour of the old shareholders of the company:
