MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A announces that in accordance with the relevant decision of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders of June 1st, 2004 for the acquisition of its own shares it intends to buy its own shares up to 0.25% of total issued and outstanding shares i.e 277,000 shares, with minimum price euros 5.00 per share, maximum price euros 10.30 per share and validity from 1.9.2004 to 30.11.2004.
