MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) announces that in accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders on 19.2.2003 for the acquisition of its own shares it intends to buy its own shares up to 0.72% of total issued and outstanding shares i.e 800,000 shares, with minimum price 5.00 euros per share, maximum price 10.30 euros per share and validity from 1.12.2003 to 19.2.2004.
