In view of the above: (i) As of 30 July 2025, Metlen PLC holds directly 129,024,224 Company Shares, representing approximately 90.16% of the Company’s share capital and voting rights, (ii) As of 1 August 2025, Mr. Evangelos Mytilineos and the Controlled Persons do not hold, directly or indirectly, Company Shares or voting rights in the Company, and (iii) As of 1 August 2025, the subsidiaries of FFH and the subsidiaries of FFHL Group Ltd do not hold, directly or indirectly, Company Shares or voting rights in the Company.
