In the presence of numerous representatives from the business community and the capital market ecosystem, the Athens Exchange Group officially unveiled its new corporate identity on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

The revamped corporate identity is inspired by the rich history of the Stock Exchange, preserving its historical connection to the symbol of Hermes while reimagining the shape of his wings. The wings act as a bridge between the institution’s storied past and its forward-looking future. They also symbolize the dynamism and agility of the Athens Stock Exchange, representing positive change, growth, and evolution.

The broader message of transformation and progress at the Athens Stock Exchange was highlighted in speeches delivered by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. George Handjinicolaou, and the Group’s CEO, Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos.

The official presentation of the new corporate identity was followed by a panel discussion on the theme: "The Athens Stock Exchange as a Catalyst for the Growth Dynamics of the Greek Economy." The discussion, moderated by journalist Mr. Apostolos Mangiriadis, featured esteemed panelists: Mr. Alexis Patelis, Chief Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister; Mr. Petros Tzannetakis, Deputy CEO of Motor Oil; and Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos.
