As of September 12, 2024, and following the cancellation of 2,506,921 old (CR) shares of "ATTICA BANK S.A." held by "PANCRETA BANK S.A.", due to the merger, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 53,064,387 (CR) shares.

Τhe 12,337,225 new (CR) shares of the company "EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS323003012) start trading on the Athens Stock Exchange following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan, exercised by 221 executives of the company, at an issue price of €0.23 per share. On September 12, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 3,676,736,329 (CR) shares.

Following the share capital decrease and increase of the company "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS084003011), the shares of the latter are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange under the final par value of €0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
