COPRPORATE EVENTS

Admitted to trading on ATHEX are: a) the 3,500,000 new (CR) shares of the company "AVE S.A." (GRS489003004) following the share capital increase realized by capitalization of liabilities to company's main shareholders, and b) the 17,142,856 new (CR) shares following the conversion of an equal number of non-listed preferred shares of the same company. On April 12, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 175,797,803 (CR) shares.
