The Athens Stock Exchange announces the management of the following Corporate Events:

• Public Offering to Greek and International investors by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) of shares of the company "National Bank of Greece S.A."

There will be an adjustment to the free float factor for all indices in which the company's shares participate, following the completion of the public offering and the credit of the offered shares to investors' accounts.

• Admission to Trading on the ATHEX Regulated Market of the shares of the company "Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC"

The company's shares will be included in the composition of the "ATHEX Composite Price Index" and the "ATHEX Composite Total Return Index," increasing the number of participating shares in each index to sixty-one (61).

The inclusions will be implemented simultaneously with the adjustments to the free float of the shares of the company "National Bank of Greece S.A.".

ATHEX will announce the exact implementation date of the above changes, as well as the new free float factors with which the companies' shares will participate in the composition of the indices, in a subsequent announcement.
