The Athens Stock Exchange announces that, according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the Indices, the shares of the company «ENTERSOFT S.A. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT & RELATED SERVICES CO.» will be removed from the composition of the indices in which they participate, due to low dispersion (Free Float).

In detail, the following changes will be implemented in the composition of the indices:

  • ATHEX Composite Price Index & ATHEX Composite Total Return Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the indices and replaced by the shares of the company «LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS SA» with free float weight 25% and capping factor 1.0. 

  • FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «LAVIPHARM SA» with free float weight 39%.

  • FTSE/ATHEX Market

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index without replacement.

  • FTSE/ATHEX Technology & Telecommunications

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index without replacement.

All changes will be effective from the session of Monday April 8th, 2024.
