The shares of the company "EKTER S.A." (GRS222213001), are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange at a new par value of €0.26 per share due to the share split, in terms of 2 new (CR) shares in replacement of each 1 old (CR) share held (i.e. 1 new bonus (CR) share for each 1 old (CR) share held). The start date of trading of the 11,250,000 new (CR) shares is set on July 29, 2024.

The 2,360,000 new (CR) shares of the company "AVE S.A." (GRS489003004) are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the share capital increase realized by capitalization of liabilities to company's main shareholders. On July 24, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 178,157,803 (CR) shares.

The trading of the 5,308,440 own (CR) shares of the company "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANISATION S.A." (GRS260333000) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On July 24, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 412,693,573 (CR) shares.
