Γνωστοποίηση απόκτησης μετοχών με δικαίωμα ψήφου, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 14 παρ. 1 των Κανόνων Λειτουργίας της Εναλλακτικής Αγοράς του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών

Στις 6 Αυγούστου 2021, η οποία αποτελεί την πρώτη ημέρα διαπραγμάτευσης των μετοχών της REAL CONSULTING ΠΑΡΟΧΗ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΙΑΚΩΝ ΛΥΣΕΩΝ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΚΗΣ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ (η «Εταιρεία»), η ελεγχόμενη από τον κ. Νικόλαο Βαρδινογιάννη «ONE DEALER ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΚΗΣ& ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΩΝ» κατείχε 15.698.000 μετοχές της Εταιρείας που αντιστοιχούν σε ποσοστό 73,014% του συνόλου του μετοχικού κεφαλαίου και των δικαιωμάτων ψήφου της Εταιρείας, και κατά συνέπεια υπερέβη το όριο των 2/3 των δικαιωμάτων ψήφου αυτής.

Μέτοχος της εταιρείας «ONE DEALER ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΚΗΣ & ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΩΝ» κατά ποσοστό 59,55% είναι η εταιρεία «FIRST ADVISORY & ΗΟLDINGS A.E.», το 99,10% του μετοχικού κεφαλαίου και των δικαιωμάτων ψήφου της οποίας ελέγχει ο Νικόλαος Βαρδινογιάννης, μέσω των εταιρειών «Vivario Ltd» και «Kikero Ltd».
