PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that, in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, Messrs:

(a) Konstantinos Ph. Nakas, Chairman and executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on 23 December 2024, notified the Company that, on 20 December 2024, he disposed of 120,000 ordinary shares of the Company, with a total value of 368,800 euros and

(b) Georgios Ph. Nakas, CEO and executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, on December 23, 2024, notified the Company that, on December 20, 2024, he disposed of 120,000 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 368,800 euros.
