After more than one year of negotiations between the consortium KPN / OTE and the Bulgarian government, the two parties did not reach an agreement.The consortium delivered to the Bulgarian government its final proposal last Friday, July 28th, in compliance with the international standards and practice and at the same time safeguarding the interests of their shareholders. The response of the Bulgarian party did not give the consortium the proper comfort to this direction.
