Following the Company's announcement dated 19.06.2006 and pursuant to article 1 of decision no 3/387/19.6.2006 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, which amended article 1 of decision no 1/380/4.5.2006, the time limit for the dematerialisation of registered shares in physical form or depository certificates has been extended until October 31st, 2006. In all other respects the Company's announcement dated 19.06.2006 remains in effect.
