CORPORATE ACTIONS

According to the Decision of the Listings & Market Operation Committee of ATHEX on June 29, 2022, following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook, the total number of the shares of the company ‘ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A.' (GRS504003021) are transferred to the Main Market of ATHEX, with start price per share equal to the closing share price of July 4, 2022.  There is no floor /ceiling trading limit for the first three days of trading.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision of 01.07.2022, the shares of the companies "P. G. NIKAS S.A." (GRS111003026) and "KARAMOLENGOS BAKERY INDUSTRY S.A." (GRS315003004) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.

Changes in the Composition of ATHEX Market Indices

The Athens Stock Exchange announce that, according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the ATHEX Market Indices the shares of the company ««ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND AND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT S.A.»» will be removed from the composition of the «ATHEX Alternative Market Price Index» following the list of the company's shares on ATHEX Main Market.
