The trading of the right (ANDROR - GRX433003019) of the company "ALPHA TRUST ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A." ceases following the recent share capital increase carried out in the form of a rights issue. The last date of the pre-emption right's subscription period is set on August 4, 2022.

Changes in ATHEX Market Indices

The Athens Stock Exchange announces, following the announcement of 27/07/2022 of the company «ELLAKTOR S.A.» regarding the results of the voluntary tender offer for the acquisition of the shares of the company, that the investability weight (Free Float) of the company's shares to all indices changes to 24% from 40%.

The change will affect the composition of the following indices:

• ATHEX Select Index Plus
• ATHEX ESG Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

Moreover, the weight factor of the company in the ATHEX ESG Index will change to 21.36% from 35.60%.
