CORPORATE EVENTS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS" (GRS087003000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.69 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.07 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

CASH DISTRIBUTION

The shares of the company "FLEXOPACK S.A." (GRS259003002) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0,15 per share. The above amount is subject to the tax imposed pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0,1425 per share).
