IDEAL Holdings announces that following its 31.03.2022 announcement regarding the acquisition of 74.99% of Coleus Packaging (pty) Limited based in South Africa, it received the approval of the Competition Commission of South Africa and completed the transaction. The financial results of Coleus Packaging will be consolidated beginning the 3rd quarter of 2022 and specifically from 1 July 2022 onwards.
