Notification of Transactions

ELLAKTOR SA (hereinafter the "Company"), informs the investment community, that on June 19, 2024, the following obligated persons acquired free of payment, through Over the Counter transactions, shares issued by the Company as follows:

-Mr. Efthymios Bouloutas, CEO of the Company, acquired 800,000 shares worth €1,976,000.

-Mrs. Ioanna Dretta, Non-Executive Member of the BoD of the Company, acquired 100,000 shares worth €247,000.

-Mr. Dimosthenis Revelas, CFO of the Company, acquired 300,000 shares worth €741,000.

-Ms. Vasiliki Niatsou, Legal Services Director, acquired 100,000 shares worth €247,000.

-Mr. Andreas Papanagiotopoulos, Group Treasurer & IRO, and Mr. Andreas Tsagris, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, each acquired 15,000 shares worth €37,050.

This notification is provided in accordance with Art. 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Council.
