The trading of the right (LAMDAR - GRX245003033) of the company "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A." ceases following the recent share capital increase carried out in the form of a rights issue. The expiration date of the pre-emption right's subscription period is set on December 16, 2019.

REMOVAL FROM THE ATHEX TRADING SYSTEMS

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision 861/11.12.2019, the shares of the company "SFAKIANAKIS S.A." (GRS279003008) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
