The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, ascertained that all listing requirements are met, according to art. 2 par. 4 L.3371/2005, regarding the listing of "ALTER EGO MEDIA S.A." (ISIN: GRS541003000), on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that adequate free float of the company's shares will be achieved, according to the relevant provisions of the ATHEX Rulebook.
