IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. announces that on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (local time- GR) a virtual Analyst Briefing will be held regarding the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement, through which IDEAL has agreed with "FROZEN HOLDINGS Single Member S.A.," a subsidiary of "VIVARTIA HOLDINGS Single Member S.A." and sole shareholder of the company "BARBA STATHIS Single Member Industrial and Commercial S.A." ("BARBA STATHIS"), to acquire 100% of the shares of the Greek company BARBA STATHIS for a total consideration of €130 million.
