EPSILON NET S.A., in application with the provisions of L3556/2007 announces that based on information received on 06.08.2024, the shareholder under the name "BARCA CAPITAL MASTER FUND LP", disposed 3,808,394 ordinary registered shares of the Issuer, on August 02, 2024 and now owns 0 shares or voting rights of EPSILON NET.

BARCA GLOBAL MASTER FUND LP is not controlled by any   person or legal entity, according to article 3 of Law 3556/2007 and does not control any other entity that directly or indirectly holds a stake in the issuer EPSILON NET.
