AS Company S.A. proceeds with signing of Exclusive Distribution Rights
Athens, Greece – [Date] – AS Company S.A. ("Company") is pleased to announce that it has proceeded in the signing of exclusive distribution rights for new product categories related to baby and child related product categories.
Specifically, the contracts were finalized with the following companies:
- Artsana Spa (Italy): For exclusive distribution of products under the Chicco and Boppy brands in Greece and Cyprus.
- Maxi Miliaan BV (Dorel) (Netherlands): For exclusive distribution of products under the Bébé Comfort and Safety First brands in Greece.
The Company also completed the acquisition of the corresponding inventories and intangible commercial assets from the current exclusive distributor “B. & M. Skarmoutsos SA."
The total value of the transaction is euro 1.369.572.
These new partnerships align perfectly with the Company`s strategy to expand its product portfolio to better meet the needs of infants and children.
The Company believes that the new categories will have a positive impact on its financial results, as it leverages new distribution channels alongside its existing infrastructure.
