The 4,000,000 items of the GREEK GOVERNMENT BOND are admitted to trading on the ATHEX (issue date 21/01/2025, ten year duration, ISIN GR0124041758, fixed interest rate of 3.625% yearly and nominal value of €1,000 each).

The 7,628,000 new (CR) shares of the company "PREMIA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." (GRS497003012) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase through a Private Placement, at an issue price of €1.36 per share. On January 21, 2025, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 95,166,850 (CR) shares.
