Info-Quest announces that in accordance with the 27/10/2005 sales contract, sold the total of Q-TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. shares to Hellen GAC Telecommunications S.A. for Euro 325 million. Hellen GAC Telecommunications has assumed to pay off the of Euro 25 million bond loan of Q-TELECOMMUNICATIONS. Hellen GAC Telecommunications S.A. is a subsidiary of TIM HELLAS S.A. which is controlled by the investment companies APAX Partners and Texas Pacific Group. The BoD of Info-Quest in today's meeting decided to engage consultants accountants to advice on the possibility of an immediate share capital return to the shareholders in order to propose it to the General Shareholders'u Meeting.
