Athens · HELLENIC EXCHANGES HOLDING S.A. (HELEX) participated in two roadshows. The first was organized by the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE INTERNATIONAL (NBGI) and was held in London, Edinburgh and Milan on March 26, 27 & 28, 2001. The second one was organized by EUROCORP, in Paris, on April 6, 2001, with the presence of the President of HELEX, Mr. Panayiotis Alexakis. Their goals were to present HELEX to foreign institutional investors, as well as to inform them about the prospects of the Hellenic capital market, under the light of its upgrading by foreign investment institutions. HELEX has a promising financial outlook and positive financial results. The company's valuation compared to other listed companies (such as the Deutsche Borse, the London Stock Exchange, the Australian Stock Exchange and the OM Stockholm Exchange), as well as the company's strategy which is the development of the domestic market and the promotion of international co-operations and alliances, captured the interest of foreign investment institutions.
