At the meeting of February 25th 2005, ALUMINIUM DE GRECE?s Board of Directors approved the financial statements for fiscal year 2004, which show a yearly turnover amounting to euros 357,3 million, compared to euros 316.6 million in 2003, corresponding to a 12.8% increase, and a net profit before taxes of euros 47.5 million, compared to euros 17.2 million in 2003, presenting an increase of 176.5%.

These results have been influenced positively by the evolution of both alumina and primary metal prices (LME) and AdG ssatisfactory industrial performance.

The Board of Directors of ALUMINIUM DE GRECE will propose to the annual General Shareholders' meeting, which will be held on May 20th 2005, the payment of a dividend of euros 0.65 per share.
