As part of the obligations of the Company to inform the investing public, Hellenic Exchanges SA announces the plan of intended corporate actions for 2007:
* Release of Fiscal Year 2006 Results: Thursday, February 15th 2007
* Release of First Quarter 2007 Results: Monday, May 7th 2007
* Annual General Shareholder Meeting: Wednesday, May 9th 2007
* Ex-dividend date: Friday, May 11th 2007
* Dividend payout: Monday, May 21st 2007
* Release of Six Month 2007 Results: Monday, July 30th 2007
* Release of Nine Month 2007 Results: Monday, October 29th 2007
The fiscal year 2006 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators'' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries'' accounts.
The annual briefing of analysts by the Company concerning the financial results, will take place on Wednesday February 28th 2007, at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company''s website (www.helex.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr).
