a) the announcement of the 2005 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Friday, March 31st 2006.
b) The annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2005 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Wednesday, April 5th 2006.
c) The company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Friday, June 30th 2006.
d) Shares will trade ex-dividend on Tuesday, July 4th 2006. The last cum-dividend date is on Monday, July 3rd 2006. It is noted that the ex-dividend date precedes the expire date in July, of derivative financial products, whose pricing is effected by J&P-ΑVAX .S.A. share price.
e) The payment of the dividend for fiscal year 2005, will commence on Wednesday, July 12th 2006.Details will be provided in a future press release.
