According to Frigoglass Financial Calendar the following dates are announced:

FY05 Annual Financial Results: Friday February 24, 2006.
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday June 9, 2006.
Ex-dividend date: Friday June 14, 2006 (entitled to FY05 dividend payment are the shareholders by the closing of the ATHEX trading session on June 13, 2006).
Payment of dividend: Wednesday June 21, 2006(dividend payment will be through a bank which will be announced on due time).
Frigoglass will hold a presentation on Wednesday May 10, 2006 in the Association of Greek Institutional Investors to inform the investors and analysts on the group?s annual financial results.
