Resumption of PLAY games and seated service across OPAP's commercial network

Implementation of comprehensive preventive measures and hygiene protocols

OPAP announces that the operation of its PLAY games (VLTs) resumes as of 8 June 2020, at both its network of PLAY stores and OPAP stores across Greece, following relevant decisions of the Greek government on the gradual lifting of restrictive measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Additionally, customers' seated service inside the stores of OPAP's commercial network is allowed, as of 6 June 2020.     

OPAP remains steadily committed to safeguarding the health and safety of its partners, customers and employees across its stores' network. In this framework, the company adopts comprehensive preventive measures against the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which fully comply with the operating rules established by the competent authorities. OPAP and its network take additional action, in order to responsibly deliver a safe gaming experience to customers, who now have access to all of the company's products.

To assure the stores' smooth operation and the best possible service, OPAP urges customers to adhere to the prevention and hygiene guidelines of the authorities and avoid crowding inside and outside stores.
