In reply to the document of the Hellenic Market Commission dated 05.02.2007 concerning clarifications on articles having the company PANTECHNIKI SA participating in discussions with the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI - TEB SA for a possible merger, we would like to inform you that the aforementioned discussions have been suspended for the time being.
