Following your letter (5240/6-2-2006) concerning the publication of the newspaper METOHOS and answering your questions, we inform you that:

a) Concerning the company's business in the energy sector: F.G. EUROPE S.A. holds 55,25% of the shares of the company HYDROELECTRICAL AHAIAS S.A., that operates a hydroelectrical energy production unit at the Keriniti river in the area of Egialia of the Ahaia prefecture. Moreover, this company has been licensed for a new hydroelectrical unit of 1 MW at the same river. F.G. EUROPE S.A. also participates with 100% in the company HELLENIC EOLIC KYLINDRIAS Ltd. that has an approved production license and a preliminary environmental study for a wind park of 10 MW in the area of Kilindria in the Kilkis prefecture. The installation license is its final approval phase. F.G. EUROPE S.A. also participates with 100% in the company CITY ELECTRIC S.A. that has submitted an application to the Regulatory Energy Authority (R.A.E.) for the granting of a wind park energy production license of 25,5 MW in the area Paparitsa in the municipality of Sympolitia of the Ahaia prefecture. Concerning the course of realization of the above projects through the company's subsidiaries (licensing, beginning of investment, financial structure and possible classification under development laws) the company will inform the management of the Athens Stock Exchange and the public in due time.

b) Concerning the company's revenues we inform you that: in 2005 the revenues of the company according to IAS amounted to 160,2 mil. Euro, instead of the revised estimation of 166 mio. Euros. A detailed press release on the financial statements, containing an analysis of the company's and groups revenues and results will be issued on February 17, 2006. The company intends to publish the annual financial statements of 2005 on February 28, 2005.
