According to the provisions of article 4 par.1 of the decision 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, we announce the resignation of Ms. Alexia Bakoyannis from the post of Head of the Shareholders' Department and of Corporate Announcements Officer. The duties are taken up by Ms. Vasia Raftopoulou.
