• Wednesday, March 12^th 2025 following Athens Exchange Market closing – Results and Report Release, which will be available at the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr/) and at Sarantis Group website (https://sarantisgroup.com)
• Thursday, March 13^th 2025 at 16:00 (Athens time) – Investors' and analysts' update via conference call on 2024 Financial Results and 2025 Business Outlook.
