RAYTHEON Vice President visits INTRACOM

On Wednesday, April 21st, 2004, Mr. Thomas Culligan, the Vice President of RAYTHEON, the leading defense industry in the US, paid a formal visit to INTRACOM facilities and met with INTRACOM Chairman, Mr. Socrates Kokkalis, the company?s Managing Director, Mr. G. Deligiannis and several top executives.

Mr. Thomas Culligan, Executive Vice President Raytheon Company & CEO Raytheon International, Inc. and Mr. D. Christodoulides, Vice President Raytheon International, Inc., visited INTRACOM?s production facilities, examined the course of the so far productive collaboration of the two companies, and expressed their intention for further expansion of the synergies emerged between RAYTHEON and INTRACOM, the largest high technology company in Greece and South-East Europe, presenting export activity in more than 60 countries world-wide.

Mr. Culligan declared himself impressed by INTRACOM?s rapid growth, its modern facilities and production capacity, as well as the international partnerships achieved by INTRACOM Group.

RAYTHEON constitutes one of the leading manufacturing companies of defense electronics systems. It is active in missile systems, tactical air-defense systems and defense IT systems. The company is 78,000 strong globally with an annual turnover of USD 18.1 billion for 2003.
